Stores that sell Beauty and Wellness goods are the only ones that can take them back. We can only accept returns of items that have not been opened or used. Things that were bought at a Free People shop must be returned to that store. Items must come with the original shop sales receipt and the Free People price tickets that are attached to them.

If you return items to a Free People shop within 30 days of buying them, you will get your money back in the same way you paid for them. A Free People merchandise gift card will be given if the item is returned after 30 days.

If you return something with a gift receipt, you will either get a new item or a refund for the amount shown on the receipt. You will get your money back in the form of a good credit card.
